To ensure fairness and to protect the time reserved especially for you, the following cancellation policy applies to all appointments.
Payments/Deposits and Booking Policy

The majority of the cheaper appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

Deposits are 30% and are deducted from the total treatment cost on the day.

Longer or higher-value treatments require a full payment at the time of booking. For your convenience, payments can be made using Klarna or Clearpay, allowing you to spread the cost into manageable instalments. Please remember to follow their T's and C's.

Please note that ALL payments are final and NON-REFUNDABLE. Once booking has been confirmed and payment has been processed, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances. By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these payment terms.
Cancellations & Changes

No cancellations or appointment changes are permitted within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once only.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled appointment, the original deposit will be forfeited and full payment will be required to book again.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

A £20 late cancellation fee will also apply.

Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the loss of the appointment and deposit, and full payment will be required to rebook.

All payments and deposits are non-refundable.

This policy is in place to protect my income and ensure appointment availability is respected.
