Our Serenity Glow Facial Courses are designed to support your skin over time, allowing treatments to work progressively to improve hydration, texture, brightness and overall skin health. Each Serenity Glow Facial includes a deeply relaxing and results-focused treatment using Tropic Skincare, combining gentle exfoliation, nourishing masks and soothing massage techniques to restore balance and radiance to the skin. Regular facials allow the skin to fully benefit from professional products and techniques, helping to maintain a naturally healthy, glowing complexion. Courses are ideal for anyone looking to: • improve skin hydration • maintain healthy, glowing skin • support skin renewal and brightness • create a consistent skincare routine All treatments are tailored to your skin's individual needs at each appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Wren of Serenity To ensure fairness and to protect the time reserved especially for you, the following cancellation policy applies to all appointments. Deposits: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are 30–50%, depending on the treatment booked. Cash-paying appointments and longer or higher-value treatments require a 50% deposit. Deposits are deducted from the total treatment cost on the day. Cancellations & Changes: No cancellations or appointment changes are permitted within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once only. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled appointment, the original deposit will be forfeited and full payment will be required to book again. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. A £20 late cancellation fee will also apply. Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the loss of the appointment and deposit, and full payment will be required to rebook. Important Notes: All payments and deposits are non-refundable. This policy is in place to protect my income and ensure appointment availability is respected.
